Many customers are happy with the finish of the standard unit. Sometimes though a different look and style is beneficial – and so we offer an additional steel insulated wall cladding that can be installed on one or more of the walls of the portable office units.
It is an additional service that we can provide at a reasonable cost. It is also a product we supply into the building and home renovation market.

This cladding is also a stand alone product that we sell for any manner of external cladding requirements. It is perfect for renovations of old exteriors on properties, sheds, container houses and anywhere a good looking and smart looking exterior finish is needed.

Cladding outline
The construction of this wall cladding is quite unique. A .35mm steel cladding outer shell that is galvanised and pre painted. As a steel outer shell they can be re painted in the future if necessary. Bonded to the back of the outer shell is a fire retarded EPS foam 16mm thick with an aluminium reflective shield bonded on the rear inernal face. The effectiveness of this panel in reducing heat transmission, within for example an uninsulated shed, is quite remarkable.
Wall Cladding installation
Installng this cladding is simple, each peice is screwed down on the top edge before the next board slots into and secures on itself.
We stock these boards in 5800mm lengths to minimise cuts and joints in longer runs.
We supply end peices and joiners to make the install look clean and neat.
