pricing is simple and fixed, no surprises or changes once we build.

We understand that you wish to achieve the best price and quality when you decide to invest in a new portable unit.

The overall size of the unit is 6058mm x 2440mm and 2896mm high
The building is constructed with 70mm cool room panels in order to create a well insulated quieter space - and a more robust unit.
A 3mm thick steel framing structure, galvanized and painted for that extra strength and durability.
The roof is bonded in galvanized steel sheet and 100mm rockwool insulation with cream ceiling internally
Solid 18mm cement board flooring with timber effect vinyl covering
A double glazed door and one window set out as you want. We have a selection of door options. Stnadard is one door, one window.
1.5kw Mitsubishi split air conditioning. installed and tested.
Australian standard electrical. Double power points x 4, internal lights x 2, plus an external light.
Consumer box, fused and tested. Customer to connect once on location.

External Cladding
This is the most popula addition and we can cover the panels in one of three styles of cladding, white, timber effect and Woodland Grey. Current pricing is about $450 to 500 per long side and $220 per short side. We can cover one or more sides.
Addititionl power points. We provide four double sockets as standard, one in each corner. We know that on occasion more are needed, generally each additional power outlet is an additional $120.00 to install. We can adjust loation of the power outlets if confirmed before the build.
Additional windows. We are easily able to install additional windows to make the most of your location and rprovide extra light. An additional window is an extra $450.00 installed and can be planned in the customisation of your unit
An additional door is occatsionally needed, particularly on commerical sites where high all round visibility is needed. Installing this option is an additional $900.00
Decking surround. We are a Composite Decking importer and can supply materials to install an outsid deck area
